FAQ
GT Road: Common Questions
Is there a cost to add my car, van, or bus?
No. It is free to list a carpool, van, or bus on PickDrop.PK.
How long until my listing shows up?
Your listing goes live immediately after you submit it.
Who can list in GT Road?
Any car owner starting a carpool, van driver, school bus owner, or anyone offering regular pick and drop. It is free.
How do I contact a listed driver?
Submit your own entry for free, then tap Find Matching Travellers. You will see the travellers matching your area, each with a WhatsApp link to message them directly.
How is the price shown on a listing worked out?
The price on each listing, for example ~Rs. 150, is an approximate fare. It is based on the distance between the two major areas of the city that the route connects, and on the type of vehicle (car, van, or bus). Please confirm the exact fare with the driver.
I need pick and drop but do not see anyone listed yet. What do I do?
Use the "Submit an Entry" page to post what you need. Drivers who join later will see your request.
Is it safe to contact a listed driver?
We don't manually check listings before they go live, so always use your own judgement when arranging pick and drop.
Is it free to post a request?
Yes. It costs nothing to post what you need or to search listings.
