Questions car owners ask most
Do I need to own the car for PickDrop.PK to send a driver?
Yes. PickDrop.PK sends a checked, trusted driver to drive your own car. We do not provide a rental vehicle.
Where do PickDrop.PK's drivers come from?
We work with established service partners across Karachi whose drivers are already trained and checked for event work, and we add our own checks for daytime bookings.
Which areas of Karachi do you currently cover?
DHA, Clifton, Bahria Town, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, and PECHS, with more areas being added as we grow.
Can I book just a few hours, or does it have to be a full day?
Both are possible. You can book a short daytime window or a full day block, depending on availability in your area at the time.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The earlier the better, but many bookings can be confirmed the same day depending on driver availability with our service partners at the time.
How do I actually book a driver?
Message us on WhatsApp with your area, date, and the hours you need. We will confirm a driver and the price before anything is booked.
What happens if the driver is late or doesn't show?
Message us immediately on the same WhatsApp thread. We will follow up with the partner and arrange a replacement where possible.
Does my car need to be insured?
We strongly recommend booking with a currently insured vehicle. It is better to have your car covered by insurance, since this reduces your financial risk in the rare event of a mishap.
Who is responsible for safety and any accidents?
We do our best to work only with trained and tested drivers, but PickDrop.PK cannot guarantee against accidents or driver error. All risk while a driver is operating your vehicle rests with the vehicle owner, which is another reason we recommend keeping your car insured.
