FAQ

Common questions

Is there a cost to use this platform?

No. There is no cost for carpool drivers, van drivers, school bus owners, and anyone offering pick and drop to list their service. There is also no cost for passengers to search or post what they need.

Who checks the listings?

We check every listing before it goes live. This helps keep the platform safe for everyone, especially for school and family transport.

Which areas of Karachi does this cover?

All of Karachi. Every area has its own page where you can see carpool and pick and drop listings, or add your own.

How do I contact a driver I see listed?

Each listing shows a WhatsApp number. You can message or call them directly.

I have a car and want to start a carpool. Can I list here?

Yes. New car owners starting a carpool are welcome to list at no cost, alongside van drivers and school bus owners.

Can carpooling save me money on fuel?

Yes. Splitting a daily route with two or three other passengers can meaningfully cut what you spend on fuel each month, since the cost is shared instead of paid alone.

I commute the same route every day. Can I list a regular or recurring ride?

Yes. Mention your regular days and timing in the details field when you list, for example "daily, Mon to Fri, 8am and 5pm", so passengers know it's an ongoing route, not a one-time trip.
